Tennis Guidelines

1. All tennis players - members and guests - must check in at the Front Desk before taking a court.
2. All fees not previously charged with a reservation must be paid at check-in.
3. Court assignment, unless previously made under the reservation system, will be made at check-in.
4. One member's valid Membership Card must be provided at check-in to receive a court key.
5. Membership Card will be returned when play is complete and the court key is returned to the Front Desk.
6. Key duplication will result in a fine.
7. Key not returned to the Front Desk within 24 hours of play will result in a fine.
8. Proper tennis attire is required:
   • Must include shirts
   • Must include tennis shoes; sandals, street and black-soled shoes are not permitted
   • No bathing suits
   • Professional tennis staff has final discretion regarding proper attire and etiquette
9. Reserved and assigned courts are prescribed.
10. Court changes are made by the Tennis Professional(s) and/or Club Administrative Staff only.
11. Completion of play must occur within 5 minutes after scheduled ending time if next group is waiting.
12. Gates must remain locked both during and at the conclusion of play.
