Associate Membership is extended to homeowners within Continental Country Club's HOA whose Annual Lot Assessment is $240.00. Effective May 1, 2006, Associate Members must upgrade to Full Membership status to take advantage of the amenities. No membership cards will be printed for Associate Members who have not upgraded their membership, which, for 2010, is $120 for the year.
