Are you a homeowner interested in doing some exterior work on your propety in Walnut Ridge?  Please be aware that any and all improvements, changes, or modifications must go through the Design Review process set up by the Architectural Control Committee and the Board in general.  For information regarding Walnut Ridge's CC&Rs, please click here.  An official copy of the CC&Rs can be purchased at the Front Desk, or obtained from the Coconino County Recorder for a nominal fee.  For a Design Review Form, please click here.  Once you have completed the form, please submit it - either in person, by mail, or electronically -  to the Front Desk at Continental Country Club.

Are you a homeowner in Walnut Ridge who would like to enjoy the facilities at Continental Country Club as well as Bear Paw Activity Center?  Because Continental is your Property Manager, the Continental Board has decided to extend membership benefits to Walnut Ridge homeowners for a reduced rate!  Please complete the attached Walnut Ridge Membership Card Request Form and submit it to the Front Desk with the membership payment of $360, payable by cash, check, or charge.  We will take your photo, print your cards, and get you added to the newsletter mailing list so you will stay informed of all the happenings at Continental!




Walnut Ridge Board of Directors Meetings

Monthly Board Meetings are held in the Board Room of the Continental Country Club, located at 2380 N. Oakmont Dr.  These meetings are open to the HOA membership, and take place at 7am on the third Friday of each month.  If you are a homeowner with a specific concern, please contact the General Manager, John Malin, in order to have your item added to the agenda.  Please be sure to call the Front Desk at 928.526.5125 to inquire about any changes to upcoming meetings.
