
An important part of an effective homeowners association is the work completed by our committees. Homeowners make the difference and all are invited to participate on the committees listed below.
Membership
Committee
Explore and propose to the Board of Directors (BOD) possible membership tiers,
encourage homeowner pride and participation in the community and develop liaisons
with the homeowners associations within Continental Country Club.
Recreation
Committee
Golf Facilities, Tennis Facilities, Swimming and Fitness Center. Construction,
renovations, programs and fees charged, if any.
Community
Standards Committee
Examine, approve or disapprove construction, remodels, painting for compliance.
Reward and recognize exceptional homeowners.
Social
Committee
Plan and oversee the annual calendar of socials and events for homeowners
and the public.
Lakes
and Lands Committee
Provide input, assist staff in maintaining our community lakes. Explore solutions
to water loss. Expedite sales of surplus properties.
