Saturday - Sunday: 7:30 am - 2:00 pm [Winter Hours] and 7:30 am - 8:00 pm

Non-members may utilize the Continental Country Club Fitness Center by purchasing a yearly recreation pass. Please call 928.526.5125 for more information.
Orientations
Before
using the Fitness Center, please consult your physician and participate in
an equipment orientation. Fitness equipment orientations are available and
teach participants the proper technique for exercising on Continental Country
Club fitness equipment. Orientation appointments can be made by calling Body.Mind.Fitness
at (928) 526-1898. Reservations must be made 24 hours prior to the scheduled
orientation.
Personal
Training

(928) 526-1877 to schedule an appointment.
Members
opting for a one-on-one workout with a personal trainer may do so. Several
outstanding personal trainers are available. Continental Country Club Personal
Trainers develop specific fitness goals for you that evolve as you progress
- preventing boredom and injury, maximizing results, and minimizing the time
it takes to get fit. Personal Trainers foster self-reliance and independence.
Learn
the skills to stay motivated and to continue achieving results with guidance
instead of supervision. Long after you return home, your trainer will continue
to develop a program for you with everything you need to succeed. These personal
trainers will also be working closely with the Continental Country Club to
offer a variety of Fitness and Wellness classes throughout the summer. [view

Core-Deep
Stretch & Pilates is to be annnounced for 2007. Body. Mind. Fitness is on the cutting edge of fitness classes that are safe, effective, and fun! Classes are taught by highly skilled, trained, and certified instructors. Core-Deep Stretch & Pilates is a mix of three different activities: Pilates mat movements, deep stretching, and gentle yoga. This enjoyable class improves posture, balance, flexibility, and abdominal and back strength. Get to know your body better! .
