What is Architectural Control?

Continental Country Club has the responsibility of protecting your home's value by enforcing Architectural Control. This means that we must enforce the Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&Rs) in the area. In general, you, as a homeowner, have the responsibility of keeping the exterior appearance of your home in excellent condition. You may not park water equipment or junked vehicles alongside your home. You must receive approval prior to doing any exterior remodeling, painting, re-roofing or major landscaping.
